Sourced from Shuey's Farm and other family-run beef farms in Tioga County, our Angus-cross beef is raised without hormones or antibiotics and fed a balanced diet. Our beef is born and raised on pasture and finished with a nutritious grain blend to bring you the right balance of natural tenderness and flavor.
We offer portions or shares of whole animals which provides the customer all the various cuts of beef. You can purchase a quarter, half or whole animal. A half animal typically weighs around 300 lbs hanging weight and provides about 225 lbs of meat.
Final cost will be determined after butchering when hanging weight is determined, payment is due when meat is picked up. Depending on the customer's cut selection, the cost for processing is around $0.85/pound which is in addition to $2.40/lb hanging weight for the meat.

Once the animal is sent to the butcher, Hickory View Farms will instruct you to complete our Beef Cutting instructions sheet.
